These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kfb.cm and any orders placed with KFB (KB Fresh Broilers) in Cameroon. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders submitted through our website, WhatsApp, or phone are treated as requests and are subject to confirmation by our sales team. We reserve the right to confirm quantities, pricing, and delivery details before finalizing any order.

Pricing

Prices are provided upon request or quote and may vary based on quantity, product type, and market conditions. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, Mobile Money (MTN/Orange), and bank transfer. Payment terms for wholesale accounts may be agreed separately with our sales team.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates based on your preferred schedule and our operational capacity. While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Product Quality

KFB is committed to supplying healthy, fresh poultry products. If you receive a product that does not meet the agreed quality or specification, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Wholesale & Business Accounts

Wholesale pricing, delivery schedules, and account terms are agreed individually with distributors, hotels, restaurants, and supermarket partners and may be documented separately.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KFB’s liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
